Scholarship

The ADSL is also an educational charity in that it provides loans to individuals seeking to further their dental education in North America. This loan is available to dentists enrolled in full time education in North America (USA and Canada), on the understanding that they will return to the UK on completion of their studies.  Scholarships are assessed on a case by case basis, typically a minimum of £6,000 will be given per scholar to aid with training.

Scholarships are also available to UK dental students carrying out their electives in North America.

The society exists also promote continuing education for its members.
